BatteryDPP
Your battery, ready for the European digital passport.
Data, validation, generation and registration: the whole passport cycle in OKOCloud.

From 18 February 2027, no passport, no sale.
From that date, EV batteries, light means of transport (LMT) batteries and industrial batteries over 2 kWh cannot be placed on the EU market without a digital passport.

One platform, the whole passport.
OKO Identity, built on OKOCloud, gathers the data, validates it, generates the passport and connects it directly to the EU DPP Registry: it publishes and registers it for you, with no extra paperwork.
Compliant
Designed in line with the Batteries Regulation and European DPP standards, with a direct connection to the EU DPP Registry.
Fast
Deployment in weeks, not months.
No internal workload
You don't need to develop anything.
Future-proof
Adapts to new requirements and other product categories.
OKOCloud DashboardFrom the datasheet to the state of health, in one place.
Every battery has two kinds of information: the kind that never changes and the kind that changes every day. OKO Identity organises both in the same passport.
Static data
Never change during the battery's life
- Composition and chemistry
- Capacity
- Recycled content
- Carbon footprint
- Recyclability
Loaded once from your ERP/PLM.
Live data
Change every day, in real time
- State of health (SoH)
- Current performance
- Cycles and actual use
Sent straight from the BMS through the OKOCloud API. The passport shows the battery as it is now, not as it left the factory.
Stop chasing data by email. Your passport speaks the same language as your suppliers and the EU.
Each cell or module supplier fills in a template with its information: chemical composition, raw material origin, carbon footprint, batch and certificates. OKOCloud links that data to the batch or unit, consolidates it in the battery passport and controls who sees what. All under the same European standards, so your passport can be read anywhere: in your company, at your suppliers and by the EU itself.
Records the battery's journey (cells → modules → pack) and links each batch or unit to its origin. This is where traceability lives.
Consolidates that data into the final passport and decides what each profile sees: public, authorities, recyclers.
With a standard GS1 Digital Link identifier, it is the physical link: it doesn't store supplier data, it points to the passport where the data lives.
Your ERP brings the data. Your brand brings the face.
Design your passport once with the OKOCloud editor and let your systems fill it in automatically.
Design
Create the template with your logo, your palette and your languages.
Connect
Your ERP/PLM provides the product data and each battery's BMS sends its state of health. If you'd rather start simple, you can also bulk-upload the data.
Publish
Each battery gets its own passport, accessible from the QR code and published on your own domain.
